Networx3 Drones commercial director Caroline Earnshaw is used to blazing a trail - as one of the few female qualified drone pilots in the UK.
And on the 4th March she’ll be sharing her knowledge and expertise when she joins an all-female industry-leading panel of pioneers like herself in a special Women in Drones webinar.
The hour-long session, run by Coptrz, will hear from Caroline and five of her peers who are part of a small but growing cohort of women pilots using their flying skills in the business, media and humanitarian sectors.
They will be discussing their experiences and achievements in a male-dominated industry as well as sharing their predictions of where the drone industry is heading and giving advice to other women looking to get into the drone industry.
Caroline said: “I love being a commercial drone pilot but, as a female, I’m used to being something of a rarity in the industry. I’m looking forward to hearing from other women who work with drones and perhaps inspiring more females to get involved in this growing and exciting sector.”
Jessica McCall, Coptrz digital marketing executive, said: “We’re delighted that Caroline was able to join our all-star female panel for this groundbreaking webinar.
“We know that the number of women working in the drone industry is really low so it’s so great to have some many of them in one place at the same time to share their wisdom, tell us their war stories and network with one another.”
